Posted under: The unofficial start of the summer may be reserved for Memorial Day Weekend, but the official start of the summer festivities of Latino Philadelphia is ushered in by the annual Sugar Cane Festival. Now in its 10thyear, the outdoor festival welcomes all who love to bask in the sunshine while dancing in the streets to international sounds with friends & family.
